  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

The Neighborhood

Monastiraki, is a flea market neighborhood in the old town of Athens. Home to a myriad of small and larger shops, this area is a major attraction for those looking for bargain shopping. But that’s not all it has to offer. Traditional restaurants and little cafes can be found around every corner providing an excellent excuse to take a break and recharge before you get back to exploring.

 

Here you can also find some of the most famous terrace cafes of the city where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee or late-night drink with the amazing view of Parthenon and the area of Plaka. Some remarkable sights nearby are Acropolis, Herodes Atticus Theatre, the Pnyx Hill, the Roman Agora – Roman Forum, all within walking distance with walking time ranging from 5 to 15 minutes.
