  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

The Neighborhood

Thiseio, one of the oldest historical neighborhoods of Athens with winding streets and neoclassical architecture, is the area that connects historical and modern Athens. Near Syntagma Square, Monastiraki, Plaka, and in walking distance from the Parthenon, we wouldn’t exaggerate if we told you that as soon as you step out of this apartment, you have the best of all that Athens has to offer, on your feet.

 

Numerous of major Athens sights can be found in the neighborhood. Parthenon, Herodes Atticus Theatre, the Pnyx Hill, the Roman Agora – Roman Forum, the new Acropolis Museum, are all within walking distance with walking time ranging from 5 to 15 minutes.
Another remarkable sight nearby is the Technopolis City of Athens, which is housed in a unique industrial monument, the old gasworks plant of Athens.
