  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
  • Checkout: before 11:00 AM
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

great appartment in walking distance from Mediterreano Hospital (i had surgery there so this was great).nsupermarket around the corner.nvery clean! very cosy!nwe loved the private parking (parking is hell in Athens).nnour neighboar was really kind.nalso the vacant lot next to the appartment has turtles!!! was really cool to see them each day.nntoiletries where provided. and a bottle of water was waiting when we arrived.nnsmelled really nice too!

We booked this apartment because of its proximity to the Mediterraneo Hospital, as I was having surgery and wanted somewhere close so my husband didn't have to worry about driving/ having to find car parking near the hospital. nIt has private parking and is literally a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. 3 minutes walk to a lovely family run grill house and 4 minutes walk to the hospital. nCommunication was great, check in / check out was easy. With lock box facility. Apartment was clean and very spacious. Quite modern in places, but some cabinetry does need some TLC/updating.nThere were more bars and restaurants a 10 minutes drive away, but can't elaborate much on that area as the sole purpose of our visit was to attend the hospital. nI would definitely recommend this apartment and it's hosts and would not hesitate to stay their again in the future.nStayed 3 nights February 2026
