  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

Right next to the center this more laid back part of the city brings together the glory of the old with the simplicity of the modern city life, while remaining true to its creative and artistic nature and its quirky character. Enjoy your day hanging around to the beautiful cafes and restaurants and discover art in one of the many galleries existing nearby.

 

If you are looking for a place to walk, run or just enjoy your coffee surrounded by nature, don’t forget to check out the hill of Arditou, next to Kallimarmaro stadium, as well as the National Garden of Athens and Zappeio, a gorgeous architectural gem of Athens.
Other remarkable sights nearby are the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Acropolis, Herodes Atticus Theatre, the Pnyx Hill, the Roman Agora – Roman Forum, and the picturesque neighborhood of Anafiotika with the Greek island-like houses.
Of course, Mpenaki Museum is the new entry in the neighborhood a real gem you must visit.

Excellent stay (15-18 of the month)! The house was spotlessly clean, very spacious, sunny, with beautiful du00e9cor and kitchen. It has two balconies (one small and one large in front) and 3 comfortable rooms u2013 one being very large and with its own bathroom.nIt had all the basic amenities (clean towels, 3 washing machine tablets & 3 dishes u2013 one for each day), except for kitchen essentials such as salt.nThe host was excellent, prompt in responses and was interested in our stay every day. Very good experience, we will visit again for sure!

The home was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and everything inside was good. ud83dude0a The only thing that could be improved is the entrance and the building/common areas, which were a little messy and could be cleaned and maintained better. If the outside areas were kept as clean and nice as the apartment itself, it would make the whole experience even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the place. u2b50

Great location and great apartment. Very responsive and courteous. The only thing would say needs help is the lobby area. Gives the wrong impression of the place. Apartment is very nice and on the higher end but lobby makes you feel like you are not in a nice place. Regardless we loved ot and everything is walkable distance. We would stay there again
