Welcome to Agia Paraskevi! A beautiful neighborhood located in the northeastern corner of Athens. Built at the foot of mount Hymettus, Agia Paraskevi is one of the few suburbs of Athens to retain plenty of trees, and offers good opportunities for leisure activities, such as trekking, jogging and picnics.

 

Sleeping Arrangements:
Three bedrooms, one with a queen bed (160 cm.), one with two single beds and the third bedroom with a sofa-bed.  The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 6 persons. Baby Crib available upon request and with an extra charge.

  • Checkout: before 11:00 AM
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • Self check-in option is available for free until 22:00 for later arrivals contact us. In person check-in with a fee for arrivals after 19:00 available until 22:00.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents
  • The use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited to ensure environmental responsibility, guest safety, and property maintenance

The Neighborhood

Agia Paraskevi, being located near the northern edge of Mount Hymettus, does benefit from a cooler climate compared to downtown Athens. The presence of the mountain and its green surroundings contribute to a more pleasant and leafy environment in Agia Paraskevi. The cooler climate and the abundance of trees and vegetation make it an attractive residential area for those seeking a quieter and greener atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

 

Agia Paraskevi’s location near the Attiki Odos highway makes it easily accessible from the Athens International Airport in Spata. This proximity is advantageous for those who travel frequently by air. Additionally, the neighborhood is not far from the port of Rafina, offering convenient access to ferry connections to the Greek islands.
