  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents
  • The use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited to ensure environmental responsibility, guest safety, and property maintenance

The Neighborhood

Located between the areas of Plaka, Thisio and Monastiraki, the neighborhood of Acropolis is as central as it gets. From this point Athens is literally at your feet, and every step is certain to take you to an unforgettable experience combining the old and the new in a way as unique as the route you decide to take.

 

Some of the city’s major sights can be found in the neighborhood with Acropolis, the new Acropolis Museum, Herodes Atticus Theatre, the Pnyx Hill, the Roman Agora – Roman Forum, and the picturesque neighborhood with the Greek island-like houses, Anafiotika, lying only steps away. Other remarkable sights nearby are the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the new Jewish Museum of Greece, the Museum of Greek Folk Art, the Frissiras Museum, the Museum of Popular Music Instruments, the Museum of Pavlos and Alexandra Kanellopoulou and the Athens University Museum, all within walking distance with walking time ranging from 5 to 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place. The location was excellent, just a few minutesu2019 walk from the museum and within easy reach of many of Athensu2019 main attractions.nnThe apartment was very spacious, filled with natural sunlight, and was spotlessly clean and tidy with no unnecessary clutter. It had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable short stay, making it feel very convenient and welcoming.nnOverall, a great place to stay in Athens. We would definitely book it again!

The apartment is impeccable as shown in the photos nCommunication is very good as they respond right away nThe only thing is that the 3 pm check-in is a bit late if your flight arrives very early in the morning nYou have to take that into account since making time with your luggage at that time is not very pleasant nConsidering the schedule, I would recommend staying in this department.
