Two bedrooms with a queen bed (160 cm. / 150 cm.) in the Master Bedroom and a single bed on the second bedroom. The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 4 persons. Baby Crib available upon request and with an extra charge.

  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • Self check-in option is available for free until 22:00 for later arrivals contact us. In person check-in with a fee for arrivals after 19:00 available until 22:00.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents
  • The use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited to ensure environmental responsibility, guest safety, and property maintenance

The Neighborhood

Maroussi is a suburb in the northeastern part of the Athens, dating back to the era of the ancient Athenian Republic. Today Maroussi is the area where most of the multinational and national corporations are located making it a modern business district, while its position right next to a major transportation route makes it easy for you to gain easy access to the city of Athens or to the airport.

 

Another great highlight of this area are its malls, the Athens Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in southeastern Europe, which is situated in the southwestern part of Maroussi and Golden Hall, which is situated right on Kifissias Avenue.

u0391 spacious flat in a great location in Northern suburbs. The flat has a modern feel, with light colours, 3 balconies with nice views and a functional layout. The flat comes with the necessary supplies for easy settling in. Great value for money! nJust across the flat there is a corner store for daily top ups. Communication with the management team was great.

upmarket, comfortable suburban apartmentnnothingnWe were a couple, the apartment was in a wonderful part of Athens, it was modern and comfortable and next time we will bring our friends or kids. Central heating, balconies front and back, fabulous kitchen and top notch security and lift. We explored all the surrounding areas and found amazing restaurants and a fabulous Mall for shopping before going home
