Sleeping Arrangements:
Three comfortable bedrooms: two bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed (160 cm), while the third bedroom offers two single beds. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. A baby crib is available upon request and with an extra charge.

  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • Self check-in option is available for free until 22:00 for later arrivals contact us. In person check-in with a fee for arrivals after 19:00 available until 22:00.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

Highly recommend this apartment if you have a small group traveling to Athens! Conveniently located, we could get to all the major sites in Athens by walking or a quick metro ride (the nearest metro station is 3-4 blocks away). The apartment had more than enough space for 6 people and the AC worked amazingly! The apartment building has a small, older elevator, so getting to the apartment with our luggage took a few trips. Make sure not to overload the elevator! My one critique was the combo washing and drying machine. We did a load of laundry to get ready for our cruise, and the machine struggled to dry our clothes. The host was very quick with communication and the provided check in guide provided all the information we needed! I would definitely stay here again. We frequented a coffee shop about a block away that we loved (Coffee Lab). Great place with really friendly staff and amazing coffee!!
