  • Checkout: before 11:00 AM
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

The first out of the three famous northern Athenian suburbs, Psychiko is the one closest to the city center of Athens and the most likely to charm you, especially if you are a foodie. Forget why you arrived in Athens in the first place and find a new purpose in discovering the capital through its flavors as you can only taste them here! Its location renders it ideal for those who look of a more authentic modern-day Greek experience, but still want to have the option for a more touristy approach.

 

Dare to discover hidden treasures such as the open air Glyptotheque of Psychiko or wander off into the nature of Ymittos Hill that towers over Psychiko and its neighboring area of Cholargos.

Situated in one of the most posh areas of Athens, this is true a gem.nYou will have a chance to stay in a real Athenian home and neighborhood. The apartment is newly renovated and although it is on the 1st floor at no point did we feel unsafe both due to the quite area as well as the security provisions of the host.nHuge space fit for 4 people to work, cook and rest.nNeed a car if you are not familiar with the frequent buses of the area since you are at least 1km from the nearest metro.nParking is on street, safe and easy during most hours of the day.nA stone throw away from high-class bars, local taverns, a deli supermarket which makes the kitchen in the accommodation all the more worthwhile and let's not forget some of the best freddo cappuccino in town.nWe stayed for over a week and it felt so much like home that we were sorry to go.nFinally everyone at Upstreet where not only professional but also hospitable, caring and eager to please.
