Sleeping Arrangements:

One bedroom with a queen bed (160 cm.). A sofa-bed in the living room. The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 4 persons. Baby Crib available upon request and with an extra charge.

  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • Self check-in option is available for free until 22:00 for later arrivals contact us. In person check-in with a fee for arrivals after 19:00 available until 22:00.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

The Neighborhood

Located between the areas of Plaka, Thisio and Monastiraki, the neighborhood of Acropolis is as central as it gets. From this point Athens is literally at your feet, and every step is certain to take you to an unforgettable experience combining the old and the new in a way as unique as the route you decide to take.

 

Some of the city’s major sights can be found in the neighborhood with Acropolis, the new Acropolis Museum, Herodes Atticus Theatre, the Pnyx Hill, the Roman Agora – Roman Forum, and the picturesque neighborhood with the Greek island-like houses, Anafiotika, lying only steps away. Other remarkable sights nearby are the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the new Jewish Museum of Greece, the Museum of Greek Folk Art, the Frissiras Museum, the Museum of Popular Music Instruments, the Museum of Pavlos and Alexandra Kanellopoulou and the Athens University Museum, all within walking distance with walking time ranging from 5 to 15 minutes.

This apartment was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect. Just a couple of streets from the acropolys and it could also be seen from its balcony. It was also very close to good restaurants and a very friendly convenient store.nnThere is free parking available in the street and we were able to find a spot nearby every time.nnWe would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is as pictured and very clean. I loved the aesthetic, too. The location is awesome and the place does include a view of the Acropolis. We could see the Parthenon and the Temple of Nike from the living room couch. The porch was spacious and we enjoyed watching the street for long periods of time. We heard NO construction noises. Our stay was perfect. 🙂

We loved our stay here! The apartment was very comfortable with great amenities. Felt like staying right at home. The location was perfect and walking distance to the Acropolis and also to less busier areas for a more authentic feel of Athens. You get the best of both worlds. Looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit Athens.
