The arrival of the game-changing Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre has also helped connect the dots and bring more dash to the area.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each one (160 cm.). The third bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm.). The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 6 persons. Baby Crib available upon request and with an extra charge.

  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.

The Neighborhood

Revived for the 2004 Olympics, this popular coastal suburb leans towards leisure. It may not possess the strong character of gritty Exarchia or cultured Kolonaki, but what Palio Faliro (shortened to Faliro by the locals) lacks in charisma, it makes up for with its pole position.
