Sleeping Arrangements:

This is a private apartment in a residential building, a reception or other hotel services are not available, however, our hosting team will be always available to help you.

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
  • Checkout: before 11:00 AM
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

Numerous of major Athens sights can be found in the neighborhood. Parthenon, the new Acropolis Museum, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Herodes Atticus Theatre, the Pnyx Hill, the Roman Agora – Roman Forum, and the picturesque neighborhood with the Greek island-like houses, Anafiotika are all within walking distance.

We stayed for 8 nights and everything was impeccable. UPSTREET followed us throughout giving us clear and simple information for check-in and finding the house. The location is great, a 5-minute walk from the metro, you have shops, restaurants, supermarkets at 200 meters and with a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Monastiraki. Plaka is a very quiet, elegant and very refined neighborhood and is an excellent base for visiting Athens, the Acropolis and the various temples. The apartment is very comfortable large spaces to stay in peno relaxation, it is complete with everything you need from linen to dishes for cooking, excellent cleanliness throughout the apartment. I thank UPSTREET for the welcome and for contacting us to always inquire if we were okay or if we needed anything. Definitely to come back I recommend
