  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

The Neighborhood

Koukaki is the modern, urban and more artistic area of Athens. Bordering with the areas of Plaka and Acropolis, two of the most picturesque neighborhoods in Athens, this quarter is popular among tourists and a favorite spot for the young Athenians to meet, have lunch and relax on a Sunday afternoon.

 

Some of the city’s major sights can be found near this neighborhood. The Temple of Olympian Zeus, the new Acropolis Museum, the National Museum of Modern Art, the new Jewish Museum of Greece, the Museum of Greek Folk Art, the Frissiras Museum, the Museum of Popular Music Instruments, the Museum of Pavlos and Alexandra Kanellopoulou and the Athens University Museum are all within walking distance. Other remarkable sights nearby are Acropolis, Herodes Atticus Theatre, the Pnyx Hill and the Roman Agora – Roman Forum.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment!nnThe location is excellent: nice vibes, cafes and restaurants in the area, walking distance from the main sights, close to the metro/tram, and still calm (not too noisy), plus there's a farmer's market on Fridays just around the corner and great morning walk routes on the Philpappos Hill.nnThe apartment is well equipped with basic amenities and kitchen tools. Had some trouble with hot water for the first few days, but that was fixed by the host during my stay.nnCommunication with the host was easy and fast u2013 they were very quick to respond and were always ready to help. Fantastic stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean with great amenities. The location is perfectu2014it feels like an authentic neighborhood rather than a tourist trap, yet it remains super walkable to everything you need including the Acropolis and national garden. Communication was excellent, and the instructions were crystal clear. Highly recommended!
