  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

Parthenon, the new Acropolis Museum, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Herodes Atticus Theatre, the Pnyx Hill, the Roman Agora – Roman Forum, and the picturesque neighborhood with the Greek island-like houses, Anafiotika are all within walking distance.

When I go back to Athens I want to stay here!! was the space extremely comfortable with air conditioning it was easily accessible to everything. You can walk right around the corner to restaurant or shops and the Acropolis and Parthenon are right up the Hill!! I recommend this place to anyone exploring the city.

Not only do they check all the boxes but upstreet considers all of the details that make living comfortable: counter space, high-speed Internet, and we even found extra wall adapters for power conversion. The hot water is just on and did not run out even after consecutive showers. The water pressure was great, cold water, cold, hot water, hot, in an area that's often challenged with some of the basic utilities. Upstreet seems to go above and beyond to really consider what the tenant needs to feel at home. They're definitely always going to be on our short list for future trips. Wonderful team, great attention to detail

I loved my stay in this apartment and would happily book here and/or with UpStreet again. They were very quick to respond to all messages, and made sure I had everything I needed before, during, and after the stay. The place was so cute I immediately took a video to send to my family and they were impressed. Location is a quiet and picturesque street in a gorgeous neighborhood in the shadow of the Acropolis, an easy walk to everything I wanted to see. There was a very handy grocery store nearby, and lots of dining and shopping options to choose from. Shower was warm with good pressure. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
