Its unique offering though is directly linked to its positioning at the foothills of Lycabetus Hill, as it provides a quick escape from the buzz of the city. Just follow the trail leading up to the top and discover unique views of the city alongside with some of its cutest four-legged residents as they take their morning or afternoon stroll.

If you walk past the cafes of Kolonaki square and then up the steps and through the small park you will find yourselves a small oasis amidst the city buildings. Platia Dexameni is ideal to sit and take a break any time of the day. Other points of interest nearby are the B. & M. Theocharakis Visual Arts Foundation, the Benaki Museum and the Museum of Cycladic Art, the Museum of the History of Greek Costume, the Theater Museum, all within a 5 -15 minute walking distance.
