The More you Know

This is a private apartment in a serviced apartments building, a reception or other hotel services are not available, however, our hosting team will be always available to help you. A laundry room equipped with washers and dryers and a gym equipped with a treadmill are available for all tenants in a common area located on the first floor.

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
  • Checkout: before 11:00 AM
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

A great stay in a great apartment! nRASnA large apartment clean, comfortable and very well located. We were on the 5th floor, quiet with a large terrace which is very practical when it is hot in summer. The rooms are spacious with several wardrobes and storage. A metro line not far away and at least 3 bus lines a few meters from the building allow us to find ourselves in the center of Athens in 20 minutes. nAlthough there is no such thing as a physical human face, communication with the team by message was fluid, efficient and very responsive. nIn short, we loved it and I highly recommend this address.

A very lovely, cosy and comfortable apartment. The huge terrace is a real highlight u2014 a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Athens atmosphere. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning throughout, which is extremely handy during the warmer months.nThe location is convenient: the main sights are not far away, and there is a metro station just a few minutesu2019 walk from the apartment, making it very easy to get around Athens. The neighbourhood itself is perhaps not the most elegant part of the city, but it felt perfectly fine and the convenient location more than makes up for it.nCommunication was excellent throughout u2014 friendly, easy and efficient.nOverall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and a place I would happily recommend!
