  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

It was easy to get to, the metro station is a couple of streets away, the directions were precise, the apartment is very comfortable, with air conditioning, spacious and clean bathroom, and a terrace with table and chairs. nnThe host left me plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. nnI really enjoyed staying there.

We spent fantastic days in this B&B. The accommodation is exceptional, but the real strength is its strategic location: thanks to the proximity of buses and trams, we were able to visit the whole city in complete calm and with maximum flexibility in schedules, without ever stress.nSpecial praise goes to the host, who was extraordinarily helpful and constantly made sure that everything went well during our stay.nIn addition, the check-in was a real godsend: we arrived after midnight, but we were able to enter the facility immediately without having to wait for the next day or jump through hoops.nHighly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy Athens without worries. We will definitely be back!
