Sleeping Arrangements:
Three bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and one with a sofa bed. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. A baby crib is available upon request and at an extra charge.

  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • Self check-in option is available for free until 22:00 for later arrivals contact us. In person check-in with a fee for arrivals after 19:00 available until 22:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents
  • The use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited to ensure environmental responsibility, guest safety, and property maintenance

The Neighborhood

Chalandri is a suburb in the northern part of the Athens. Located right besides Maroussi, it serves as an ideal location for those on a business trip, who want to be close to where the headquarters of most of the multinational and national corporations are located and still not miss some of the best recreational options the city has to offer.

 

Wind down after a busy day at one of the many exquisite restaurants and the always full bars and get to know the face of the city that locals can’t get enough off, even on weeknights. UPSTREET headquarters are located here.

We chose this apartment because of its location which is also very close to family in Athens. The apartment is very comfortable (we were four people but 6 could stay here comfortably.) nThe beds were comfortable, linens and bed covers were cosy. Air condition works perfectly. And there are 2 full baths which was nice, with plenty of towels for everyone.nThe washing machine was also an added plus and the patio gets a lot of sunlight so the clothes dried quickly. nThe living and dining room are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. We had breakfast in the house everyday. nThe apartment is a quick walk (10 minutes) to shops as well as the metro, which has a direct line to downtown (Plaka, Acropolis, etc.)nAnd the hosts were extremely communicative at all times which made things so easy for us.nI would definitely recommend this apartment and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Athens.

Our stay in the apartment as well as the service from UPSTREET was beyond all expectations!! Although shortly before our arrival an issue was presented they were constantly available to find us a solution! They responded to all our requests immediately during our stay!! The apartment spotlessly clean, comfortable, with private parking. We highly recommend it!!
