Sleeping Arrangements:

Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each one (160 cm.). The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 4 persons. Baby Crib available upon request and with an extra charge.

  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

Spacious apartment in CholargosnWe stayed to the apartment for a weekend that we had to attend an event in Athens. The location was perfect, for us, as all the places we needed to be were within walking distance. Moreover the area is filled with places to go for food or drinks and several cafes.nnRelevant to the apartment itself I want to say that itu2019s very comfortable with a big living room/relax room and 2 big comfy bedrooms. It had all the things that we required(iron and board,good hair dryer, washing machine) for our short stay. nnAlso it included a parking spot that made our life easier since parking is tough in the area. Bonus point that a supermarket is just across the street.
