  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • Self check-in option is available for free until 22:00 for later arrivals contact us. In person check-in with a fee for arrivals after 19:00 available until 22:00.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents
  • The use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited to ensure environmental responsibility, guest safety, and property maintenance

Great place! Staff is very kind and accommodating. Would def stay there again s d recommend to friends.nThe couch is not comfortable and the tile floors are stained. Only one frying pan and pot to cook with. Could be better appointed in kitchen.nFor us, the location was terrific. Close to super markets, pharmacy, everything. Inc metro into Athens center. Metro is about 15 min walk from here. nAwesome sea view from back rooms and nice view from living room. Beds are comfy!
