Sleeping Arrangements:

The apartment features one bedroom with a queen bed, one with two single beds, and one with a sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and includes two bathrooms. A baby crib is available upon request for an extra charge.

  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents
