  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

Parthenon, the new Acropolis Museum, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Herodes Atticus Theatre, the Pnyx Hill, the Roman Agora – Roman Forum, and the picturesque neighborhood with the Greek island-like houses, Anafiotika are all within walking distance.

The apartment is only a few meters / steps away from the Cathedral of the Annunciation (Metropolitan Cathedral) and is therefore in a prime location between the districts of Plaka and Syntagma! Whether it's shopping in Ermou Street, Metro & Parliament & National Garden at Syntagma Square, shopping and eating out in Plaka or Monastiraki, trash cans & supermarket & Roof Top Brunch (at Ciel) - everything is within super fast walking distance. The Acropolis and the Ancient Agorra are also within easy walking distance (felt 15 / 20 minutes maximum).nIn addition, the apartment is surprisingly quiet: You don't notice anything from the residents in the house and outside on the street you can only hear passers-by talking occasionally as they pass by (and at an appropriate volume - so not worth mentioning!).nnThe apartment itself is cleverly designed as a 1-room apartment with separate bathroom and washing machine room. I particularly liked the light-flooded room, the homely comfort and the walk-in bathroom

The location was very good. Just across the road from Ermou Street, everything is at your fingertips for shopping. The house was very useful. It is easy to find. I also liked that the apartment door was opened with a password, not a key, there is no problem of losing the key, we u263aufe0f stayed for 1 week, and since we had experienced Athens before, it was a great comfort that we knew everywhere. The day before we checked out, they informed us about an important issue, so I have ud83dude4fud83cudffc to thank them separately
