  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

Right next to the center this more laid back part of the city brings together the glory of the old with the simplicity of the modern city life, while remaining true to its creative and artistic nature and its quirky character. Enjoy your day hanging around to the beautiful cafes and restaurants and discover art in one of the many galleries existing nearby.

 

If you are looking for a place to walk, run or just enjoy your coffee surrounded by nature, don’t forget to check out the hill of Arditou, next to Kallimarmaro stadium, as well as the National Garden of Athens and Zappeio, a gorgeous architectural gem of Athens.
Other remarkable sights nearby are the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Acropolis, Herodes Atticus Theatre, the Pnyx Hill, the Roman Agora – Roman Forum, and the picturesque neighborhood of Anafiotika with the Greek island-like houses.
Of course, Mpenaki Museum is the new entry in the neighborhood a real gem you must visit.

We left Upstreet very satisfied this time as well! We stayed for 10 days, the house was large, spacious and sparkling clean as in the photos. The ad description was complete and honest, we knew in advance that there was an entertainment venue nearby, and when we closed the windows, the sound was not a problem at all. When they reported a small deficiency in the kitchen, it was solved instantly, and they checked it regularly during the holiday. Last year, we stayed in another house of the same company, and this year we were hosted with the same confidence and comfort. Highly recommend!

This apartment suite was wonderful! It was a very secure building so you definitely felt very safe!nnThe location was very close to all the main attractions in Athens. We used this as our home base and did do some island hopping and stayed 2 nights on Aegean island.nnThe apartment was clean, had full amenities with a beautiful view!nnThe kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The only thing that we lacked was a pair of scissors to cut tags off clothing purchases!nnFor us, one of the things we liked the most was that we were able to smoke on the balcony because we were both smokers! We did make sure to keep the balcony door shut and treat this like our home (we donu2019t smoke indoors at home).nnOverall, very satisfied and would absolutely rent again!
