  • Checkout: before 11:00 AM
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

The Neighborhood

Welcome to Exarchia, the neighbourhood you never knew you loved so much! Exarchia has an edgy alternative air, with its streets lined with bookshops, shops selling rare music and old guitars, and vintage artwork.
