  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

The Neighborhood

Ampelokipoi is a classy Athenian neighborhood famous for its alternative nightlife and its bars. What makes this area unique is that although it’s not in the center of Athens, the easy accessibility to Ambelokipi and Panormou METRO stations (line 3), offers an easy connection to all the must-see points of interest as well as direct access to the airport. Five of the city’s main avenues cross Ambelokipi.

 

From a legendary football stadium to a grand concert hall, this densely populated district epitomises the passions and contradictions of modern Athens. Cinemas, Soccer and Architecture, Athens Concert Hall, Mavili Square, Prosfygika (Refugee Housing Projects) and Eleftherias Park, are some of the points of interest you can find in this neighborhood.
