Restaurants and cafes dot pretty, glitzy Flisvos Marina, while its beach and waterfront promenade is a quick and scenic escape from urban life. The arrival of the game-changing Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre has also helped connect the dots and bring more dash to the area.

The apartment is also equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet, providing a stable and ultra-fast connection, ideal for remote work, video meetings, streaming, or for digital nomads who need reliable internet during their stay.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Three bedrooms with a queen bed in two bedrooms (160 cm.) and one sofa bed.  The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 6 persons. Baby crib available upon request with an extra charge.

  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents

The Neighborhood

Separated from the sea by Posidonos Avenue, Faliro was once a seaside village of fishermen, shepherds and farmers. Now its inner streets are dense with apartment blocks courtesy of the 1960s building boom. On the palm-lined promenade, play parks, an outdoor cinema and a luxe marina generate a year-round resort vibe.

 

Revived for the 2004 Olympics, this popular coastal suburb leans towards leisure. It may not possess the strong character of gritty Exarchia or cultured Kolonaki, but what Palio Faliro (shortened to Faliro by the locals) lacks in charisma, it makes up for with its pole position. It’s the gateway to the Athens Riviera and an easy jump off point for Piraeus and the city centre. We arrived at the property at the scheduled time but the property owners contacted us and informed that there would be a slight delay.nIt closed in a good spirit between us and we checked in about an hour later.nnAfter entering the apartment, everything was normal.nThe Upstreet team was available for questions and also initiated a conversation from time to time to find out if everything was okay.nnThe area is very quiet although there was work on the road that bothered me a bit in the morning, but if it wasn't for the works it would be a very, very quiet location.nnThe insulation in the apartment facing the street is excellent, there is full sealing in the windows. The noise was when we opened the window.nnClose public transportation in all directions with a walk of up to 10 minutesnnI wouldn't count on parking if you come in a rental carnnOverall a stunning, very large apartment with comfortable beds n(Note that there are no blankets) but the sheets are definitely enough....

The housing is good, clean. There is everything you need for living. There are trails. Comfortable beds, clean linen. Dishes, appliances, everything is present. nnThe only thing that upset me was the need to register on a third-party website of the host party, where I had to leave my passport details and pay with my card for some additional fees. I consider it extremely unsafe to leave passport data on such resources, the security of which is not guaranteed by anyone. The host will not be held responsible in the event of fraud with my data.
