  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents
  • The use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited to ensure environmental responsibility, guest safety, and property maintenance

This was a great experience, and circumstances permitting, we will return. The building is very close to the sea, a 7 to 10 minute walk, and a pleasant path on its way. Lots of delicious, super delicious restaurants and cafes 4 minutes away. One of those restaurants jumped to the first place in my book, unmatched flavors compared to high end LA and French Riviera high class restaurants. But the most valuable treasure in Athens are peopleu2014 humble, kind, despite the economic hardships that are omnipresent; these people are so genuine, I fell in love with them, although my father (not Greek) was born here, this was my first encounter with the natives. God willing, we will return to the same place, same apartment. Peace!

I loved my stay in this apartment. I stayed for over a month, I even worked from there and for me it was the perfect location, close to the beach, close to the marina, close to many restaurants and shops, with access to multiple buses and to the tram. The apartment was spotless clean, very spacious and with very nice views. The living room was beautiful and the wi-fi very stable, so I really enjoyed working from the apartment. Even though it was the middle of the summer, the 3 air conditioning units managed to cool down the entire space. In the apartment there is a lot of closet space which was very useful. The communication with the Upstreet team was very good, they replied promptly and they also arranged an additional weekly cleaning service that I asked for.
