  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents
  • The use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited to ensure environmental responsibility, guest safety, and property maintenance

The Neighborhood

The urban upper-class neighborhood of Kolonaki is not shy of things to do and places to visit. Its unique offering though is directly linked to its positioning at the foothills of Lycabetus Hill, as it provides a quick escape from the buzz of the city. Just follow the trail leading up to the top and discover unique views of the city alongside with some of its cutest four-legged residents as they take their morning or afternoon stroll.

 

If you walk past the cafes of Kolonaki square and then up the steps and through the small park you will find yourselves a small oasis amidst the city buildings. Platia Dexameni is ideal to sit and take a break any time of the day. Other points of interest nearby are the B. & M. Theocharakis Visual Arts Foundation, the Benaki Museum and the Museum of Cycladic Art, the Museum of the History of Greek Costume, the Theater Museum, all within a 5 -15 minute walking distance.
