Sleeping Arrangements:

One bedroom with a queen bed (160 cm), one bedroom with two single beds, one sofa bed.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. A baby crib is available upon request and at an additional charge.

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
  • Checkout: before 11:00 AM
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed for stays of up to 15 days. For longer stays, pets are permitted with a special cleaning fee upon departure. Please inquire before booking.
  • Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
  • Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
  • Self check-in option is available for free until 22:00 for later arrivals contact us. In person check-in with a fee for arrivals after 19:00 available until 22:00.
  • 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it's subject to availability. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
  • To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
  • Security Deposit: Up to 30 days 250€, 1-6 months 1 rent, 6+ 2 rents
  • The use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited to ensure environmental responsibility, guest safety, and property maintenance
