Filothei is a green, affluent northeastern suburb of Athens relatively close to the Olympic Stadium. Filothei is close to the city center of Athens and the most likely to charm you. Its location renders it ideal for those who look of a more authentic modern-day Greek experience, but still want to have the option for a more touristy approach.
